How Far Is It?
I-55 runs straight up from the southeast, and the I-270 west ramp at the junction drops you at Exit 2 in minutes. De Soto is the exception — you'll come up MO-21 instead, no interstate involved. Every route below is toll-free.

A few honest caveats:
- De Soto: About 33 miles via MO-21 north, which becomes Tesson Ferry Road; typically 35–43 minutes, but it’s two-lane with lights for the last stretch, so allow an extra 10–15 minutes at busy times.
- Kennett: This is our longest drive — roughly 200 miles, about 3 hours 20 minutes. Worth it for a $399 flat-rate scan, but plan the day.

Take I-55 north toward St. Louis, then take the I-270 west ramp at the junction.

The I-55/I-270 junction is a busy stretch during weekday peak hours, so add 10–20 minutes if you're arriving then. Every route above is toll-free, and parking is free on site.
Coming from De Soto? MO-21 north is your direct route — it becomes Tesson Ferry Road and runs right past the clinic. It's two-lane with lights for the last stretch, so give yourself a few extra minutes.
